Drone images of the block and surroundings. Only where it’s legal, safe and permitted. Not charged if we can’t fly.
Travel within a FarViewer’s area is included. Properties on the edge of an area may carry a travel charge, always included in your confirmed price before you pay.
How payment works
You pay when there’s something to pay for.
We don’t take money for a viewing we haven’t been able to arrange.

- ConfirmWe arrange access with the agent and send a confirmed time and price.
- PayApprove and pay securely online through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
- VisitWe attend on the agreed date and capture your viewing.

What if the property sells or the agent cancels?
If a confirmed viewing can’t go ahead for reasons outside your control, such as the agent cancelling or the property going under contract before we visit, you can choose a full refund or move the booking to another property.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before we set off and you’ll receive a refund in line with our cancellation policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown in Australian dollars as the total you pay, including GST if and when FarView is registered for GST. There are no hidden booking fees.
Do you offer packages for several properties?
If you’d like us to view several properties, list them in your request. Where visits can be grouped on the same day, we’ll reflect that in your confirmed price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards and common digital wallets. You’ll receive an emailed receipt.
